Enable the Zoom Integration
1. Go to account profile
2. Find Zoom underneath the Integrations
3. Click on Enable
Provide User Role Permission
1. Go to User Role Permission page
2. Allow to View and Create Zoom Meeting
3. Save
Connect Zoom
1. Go to account profile
2. Find Zoom underneath the Integrations
3. Click on Connect Zoom
4. Sign in to Zoom Account
5. Allow authorization
Create Meeting
1. Go to task details page
2. Click on Create Meeting
3. Set Date
4. Save & Notify all
